Over my time working with Brisbane venues, I frequently came across a problem which I felt was all too common. I was working with fantastic venues who were otherwise incredibly successful, but falling at a crucial hurdle — their food offering. 

I offer a full BOH operation, ready to walk into your venue's kitchen and begin making magic. This includes:

  • A team of highly-qualified kitchen staff

  • Menu development - updated seasonally

  • Recipes, tasting notes, detailed allergy matrices

  • Recruitment, training, onboarding of BOH staff

  • Rostering & payroll
